programmer with excellent problem-solving and communication skills needed
to join the SoftArtisans Technical Services team. Support Specialists provide
technical support and professional services to our customer base of developers
who are using our APIs to add functionality to their ASP.NET applications.
This is not a typical support position. You will be supporting only programmers,
constantly solving complex problems, and spending a significant amount of
your time writing code. The support engineer position can be a stepping
stone to other roles within the company.

| The Director of Marketing will be
responsible for strategic and tactical marketing activities including go-to-market
activities such as collateral, competitive analysis, product positioning,
brand development, product launches, web content, etc. In addition, the
Marketing Consultant will be responsible for PR activities, external speaking
engagements, tradeshows and industry events. |

| Main
responsibilities include: |

Develop and manage the content to communicate product
capabilities and benefits to external audiences (sales and industry
presentations, web content, sales training material, data sheets,
hot sheets, etc). |

Work closely with sales, product management, engineering, and customers
to develop and execute marketing/launch plans including competitive
analysis, business plans and sales/marketing tools. |
 |
Responsible for understanding market tends and needs and developing
and executing the go-to-market strategy for specific products and
product lines including creating, managing and executing new product
introduction plans. |

Deliver time-critical competitive responses to competitive announcements,
RFIs, and RFPs. |

Manage trade-shows and external communications, including web site

Manager (PM): |
 |
| As a Program Manager, you’ll
drive the technical vision, design, and implementation of next-generation
software solutions. Managing feature sets throughout the product lifecycle,
you’ll have the chance to see your design through to completion. You’ll
also work directly with other key team members including Software Development
Engineers and Sales Account Managers. Program Managers are advocates for
end-users, so your passion for anticipating customer needs and creating
outside-the-box solutions for them will really help you shine in this role.
As a Program Manager, you'll analyze markets, our competition, and customer
needs, then turn that analysis into strategy. Your keen understanding of
customer behavior and how our products work will come into play as you develop
and execute marketing plans. |
